ONLY CADETS WHO SIGNED UP WILL BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND – SIGN UP IS CLOSED
Drop off: Barrack Green Armoury 0530hrs
Bus leaves at 0600hrs – WE WILL NOT WAIT FOR YOU
Lunch – Cadets are to bring lunch, snacks & enough drinks for the day
Supper – will be provided (Subway)
Pick Up: approx. 2000hrs at the Barrack Green Armoury – Check the website for more accutate times
Please note, due to the limited timings at the gliding site there is a chance that not all cadets will get a chance to go gliding. We will try to priortize those that have never gone gliding first.

The Squadron Sponsoring Committee(SSC) invites all parents to attend a brief parent meeting on October 15th at 6:30pm. We will talk about fundraising, other plans for the year and answer your questions.
Parents who are interested in joining the SSC are invited to stay after the parents meeting.

Friday 3-Oct-2025 – Band Practice 1830-2030hrs Returning Cadets – New Cadets Welcome to join this Friday next intake for new Band members will be after Christmas Break
Friday 3-Oct-2025 – FTX Senior Cadets Only Arrive at Elmhurst Outdoors for 1830hrs -Senior Cadets who are Band members can arrive after Band Practice
Saturday 4-Oct-2025 – FTX – All Cadets – Arrive at Elmhurst Outdoors for 0800hrs -Kit List & Directions were sent home Wednesday night and are available on the FTX Post -All Registration & Annual Validation Forms must be handed in and If your cadet requires a Detailed Health Questionnaire, that MUST approved for a cadet to attend. If you are unsure please check with Capt Hutchinson email at julia.hutchinson@cadets.gc.ca
