Through each level cadets will learn leadership skills for their age, and eventually will be tasked with Planning & Running activities, Teaching Classes, and Learning how to be good Mentors to their peers & younger cadets.

-Each Year 161 hosts a Senior Cadet Leadership Weekend for cadet units in our area to come and learn how to be good leaders
-Senior Cadets attend classes and participate in real life like scenarios they may come across in real world.
-This give the Senior cadets to meet others and network, and start planning future multi-unit activities
-Throughout the year cadets are tasked with planning and running activities – these activities are always supervised with an officer and volunteer staff members.

Biathlon & Marksmanship
