Remembrance Day Ceremony

Date: 11-Nov-2022

Time: 1000hrs

Where: Home Hardware Parking lot, Grand Bay-Westfield

Dress: Blue Dress Uniform – If you do NOT have a Blue Dress Uniform please wear dress clothes, no ripped jeans or inappropriate shirts. It may be cool tomorrow morning so please dress for the weather.

WE WILL BE OUTSIDE FOR THE CEREMONY

Pick up at the Peace Park just down the street from Home Hardware

Ceremony should be over around 1215hrs

Rememberance Day Parade is manditory for all Cadets to attend.

Where: meet at the Village Square in Grand Bay-Westfield (Home Hardware parking lot)

Cadets will march down to the Peace Park for the Ceremony

Time: 1000-1200hrs

Dress: Blue Uniform – if you do not have a blue uniform please wear your Sunday best. example: dress pants, dress shirt, pants with no holes – NO FTUs for Rememberance Day

Please be sure to bring a WATER BOTTLE to cadet activities – the Armouries has bottle filling stations

Please find the updated below Poppy Schedule. There are still a few spots available. It is important that each cadet fills at least one shift, as this is part of our fundraising for the year.

Some parents from Grand Bay-Westfield Area are interested in creating a car pool to cadet training activities. If you are interested please reach out through our 161 Facebook messenger or email 161aircadets@cadets.gc.ca so we can pass along your information to the interested parents.
