Dress: Civilian Clothes – Holiday attire encouraged (NO UNIFORMS)

Parents we are looking for some snacks for the Holiday Party. Chips, Dips, Desserts, Cookies…MUST BE NUT FREE! The staff are providing Drinks. Just our unit is attending, please plan for 45-50 people. Please contact Capt J Hutchinson at julia.hutchinson@cadets.gc.ca if you will be supplying a snack for the party. Christmas Parade – Grand Bay-Westfield

Dress: FTUs with wedge – Please dress appropriately for the weather, wear a winter coat, Long johns under uniform if needed – bring gloves, & black or navy blue toques incase its cold

Drop off to Guardian Drugs at 1645hrs

Pick Up at River Valley Community Centre around 1930hrs – Parents can park at the rink and wait for the cadets there.

Our band will NOT be participating in the parade where most of them are at the band seminar

Band Seminar – Return Barrack Green Armoury (60 Broadview Ave) – between 1445-1530hrs – Our website will be updated with arrival times when the cadets leave Argonaut CTC.

Marksmanship/Biathlon/Model Building – 1800-2100hrs

This workshop is designed to develop cadet Military Band musicians from levels basic to five. This will be a fantastic weekend for our band to have the opportunity to learn from musicians and gain confidence & technique. This is a weekend/overnight activity. Cadets will be transported to Argonaut Cadet Training Centre 2017 Atlantic Blvd, Burton, NB. Cadets will be provided transportation, accomodation & meals. Along with accomodation; pillows, & bedding will be provided. Cadets may bring a pillow & blanket (not a comforter). Cadets may bring some snacks.

Electronics are the responsibility of the cadets. Electronic devices are not allowed out during instruction time.
